Consultant
Ali El-Ayoubi is a strategic consultant with deep expertise in driving organizational strategy, leadership effectiveness, culture, and operational transformation through thoughtful automation and change.
Ali holds a BScN from Western University, an MBA from the University of Windsor, and a Master’s Certificate in Healthcare Management and Leadership from Schulich ExecEd. She began her career as a Registered Nurse at the bedside and progressed through various roles in both the public and private healthcare sectors. During her time as a resource Nurse within a large hospital system, Ali discovered the critical role of organizational culture and how similar challenges appeared across different teams. This insight sparked her commitment to fostering joy and engagement among her peers.
After completing her MBA in 2018, Ali worked as a consultant and coach with a boutique consultancy that leveraged The BluePrint Toolset to drive improvements in leadership, culture, and team engagement. In 2022, Ali was honored to be appointed President and CEO as the BluePrint Toolset implemented several operational changes, including automation and a new strategic direction. Ali is delighted to bring this expertise in making manual processes automated, without compromising quality to the Praxis Team, while continuing to leverage the BluePrint suite of tools.
For Ali, building joy in work and communities is not just a career—it’s a passion. Actively involved in several community organizations, she is dedicated to improving lives and creating opportunities for all. With a focus on developing leadership skills and agile organizations, Ali meets people and teams where they are and helps them create a roadmap to success.
