Chris Johnson, MBA, CCIM, CPM

Chris is a consultant and leads the firm’s Economics and Business Management practice specializing in socially and environmentally progressive business planning, management, and operations. He holds an MBA in Sustainable Value Creation and has more than 15 years of experience supporting public and private sector clients, including Crown corporations, Indigenous organizations, and non-profit institutions, where he has led projects that align organizational objectives, operational requirements, and long-term capital needs. 

He has delivered a broad range of feasibility studies, social enterprise and commercial business cases, capital investment strategies, governance reviews, and major asset management analyses that integrate financial, social, and environmental considerations. His consulting approach emphasizes clarity, measurable results, and practical decision support. Chris brings deep expertise in ESG strategy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation, with a focus on helping clients translate strategic ambition into actionable, sustainable, and evidence-based outcomes.
